Got a goal but no idea where to start? Build Your 90-Day Plan for free

SALLY MACHIN

Helping small business owners,

turn goals into the plans that work.

You've got the goals, what you're missing is the plan

There are two kinds of person who end up here.

The first has tried to plan before. More than once. A spreadsheet that fizzled out by February. A vision board that's still up, doing nothing. They know what they want, they just don't trust their own plans to survive contact with a normal week.

The second has goals but has never really planned, not properly. No system, no structure, just intentions and a vague sense that this year should look different from last year.

Both end up stuck in the same place: reacting to whatever's loudest that day, instead of working towards what actually matters. Not because they're disorganised. Because nobody's ever shown them a plan that held.

Why a plan matters

I went to Cambridge for the day once with no plan. The one thing I actually wanted to see was shut by the time we got there. We had ice cream instead. Had a lovely afternoon. But completely missed the point of point of why we actually went there!

That's what happens without a plan. You still get a day. Just not the one you meant to have.

A plan won't write your content or take the meeting for you. But it tells you what to do today instead of staring at six things you could be doing and picking none of them. That's what actually keeps a business moving. Not motivation. Not a vision board. A plan, written down, that you built yourself and actually intend to follow.

I'm a strategist and a teacher. I show you exactly what to do, step by step, then I stand there while you do it. The strategy is the what. The teaching is the how.

One way. My way. Not the only way there is, just the one I teach, because handing you five options when you're already struggling to choose between two doesn't help anyone.

However we end up working together, whether that's one day, a few weeks, or you with the right tool in your hand, it starts the same way every time. We get clear on what you're actually trying to do, build a plan around it, and you leave knowing how to keep using it without me stood next to you.

About Me (the short version)

I'm Sally and twenty-odd years ago I started working in theatre, then moved into event management and then music festivals and touring. The lot. The job was always the same - build the plan, write it down, make sure it held up when things inevitably went wrong on the day. They sometimes did. The show went on anyway, because the planning had already happened.

Now I do the same thing for small businesses. Same job, just a different stage.

How many plans have you started this year and not finished? If you could have done this one on your own, you'd have done it by now.

That's not a dig, it's just true. And it's exactly why I'm here.
